Bishop Rosetta L. Cox is an International Principal and Administrator who has planted many schools both nationally and internationally. Bishop Cox is also an ordained minister and consecrated bishop of the Rock Ministerial Family located in Virginia Beach, VA. She was consecrated in January 2006 by a college of bishops, recommended by the late Bishop John Gimenez, and sent out to the nations to plant schools and churches. Bishop Cox has trained many pastors and leaders, including government officials in the nation of Liberia, where she served as the Senior Pastor and later as bishop of the Rock Ministerial Family of Africa. Bishop Cox was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Pastors Association of Liberia in 1998. She also established the Liberian Educational Project to help needy children get scholarships for schools. She planted fifteen government registered schools in Africa, one government school in India, and helped to register the school in Fiji. Her recognition is now that of an International Principal and Administrator.

Bishop Cox has received many awards for humanitarian projects, one of which was from the wife of the Vice President of Liberia for her work with the handicapped. She has traveled to 47 countries teaching, preaching, and training staff in their nations for the furtherance of the Gospel. Bishop Cox returned from Fiji in 2017, where she worked with the schools and government, and served as the Senior Pastor of the Rock Church of Fiji. Her passion for children and her promise to the child soldiers of Liberia encouraged her to write and develop educational programs, build orphanages, clothe, educate, and feed hungry people around the world. Bishop Cox has planted schools in Africa, India, the United States, and Fiji. Her desire is to win souls, plant more schools, and write books to further the Kingdom of God.
